PROSTATE TESTING INFORMATION
All screenings are free of cost to attendees. Please read the following information carefully:
1. There is a limited number of prostate screenings available.
2.
Registration is required for Prostate Cancer Screenings ONLY.
3.
No registration is required for all other available screenings which are offered on a first come, first serve basis.

Screening Criteria
- Men ages 40 to 75
- No previous history of prostate cancer
- Uninsured men or men without coverage for prostate screenings
Before You Arrive / Pre-Screening information
- Please eat. Fasting is not required
- Arrive at least one hour prior to your appointment.
- Please bring the name, phone and fax number and address of your doctor so that we can send your test results.

REQUIRED EDUCATION
- All men registered for the prostate cancer screening will be required to attend a short educational session before their prostate exam.
- The session will provide important information that will help you make the best decision about your need for prostate screening.
- No one will be able to have their prostate screening without attending the education workshop.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Prostate tests
- PSA-Prostate Specific Antigen Blood Test
- DRE-Digital Rectal Exam
Once your tests are completed
- DRE results will be given immediately.
- PSA results will be sent in the mail. Please be sure to provide your correct address and phone number.
- A copy of your PSA test results will be sent to the doctor whose information you provide. Please follow up with your doctor to discuss the results of your screening.
