When are you able to volunteer?

Before the Event	Morning 9am-Noon Afternoon Noon-5:00pm Evenings after 6pm	How soon may we contact you? Please list either a date (XX/XX/XXXX) or immediately.
Day of Event	Early AM 6 am - 9 am Morning 9am - Noon Afternoon Noon - 3 pm
After the Event	Morning 9am - Noon Afternoon Noon - 5 pm
Volunteers are needed in the following areas. Please select the areas in which you are interested in serving. (Please check all that apply):
Community Outreach	Contacts via phone, email or in person individuals, churches and other community organizations to promote Forum in the community.
Distribution	Participates in activities to deliver flyers, posters and other promotional materials to communities throughout the Tampa Bay area.
Food	Food set-up and distribution.
General Office Duties	Assist the office with bulk mails, phone calls, data input, filing and other general duties as needed.
Hospitality	Greets attendees and provides directions during event.
Moderator	Monitors time to make sure education workshops begin and end on time; introduced speakers; helps to make sure attendees questions are heard .
Registration	Prepares registration packets before event; assist with on-site registration on March 6, 2010.
Room Captain	Assist with preparing rooms for education workshops and other activities.
Runners	Helps medical providers with errand and other support as needed.
Venue	Assists with set-up, security & breakdown of event venue.
Volunteer Coordinators	Coordinate and manage event volunteers; oversee Volunteer orientation.
