The Men's Health Forum began its history in 2000 as the African American Men's Health Forum (AAMHF). The Forum was a result of the community's desire to reduce the gap in health outcomes for this segment of our community. Recognizing that this gap in health outcomes also impacts many other communities, in 2010, the forum expanded its focus to include all underserved men, and all activities were offered in English and Spanish.

The Men's Health Forum provides medically underserved men, ages 18 and older, with a FREE complete health care experience. Information and education is available on a range of health-related topics, such as cancer, diabetes, tips for leading healthy lifestyles, stroke, sexual health, high blood pressure, and more.
The Forum Includes
  • Free parking
  • Free breakfast & lunch (for men only)
  • Free health education and wellness screenings for men 18 and older
  • Prostate exam voucher (for those who qualify)
Who Should Attend?
