The Men's Health forum is a FREE event that will take place on Saturday, March 17, 2012 at the University of South Florida's Marshall Center.
In order to meet the grown needs of our community, new changes to the Forum will be made, including:
- FREE Parking.
- FREE Breakfast and Lunch with expert health panels.
- Prostate Exam Vouchers will replace on-site prostate testing. Please continue to read below for more information on this important change

Prostate Exam Vouchers
The American Cancer Society and the National Comprhensive Cancer Network recommend that men talk with a doctor or nurse about their health before having a prostate exam. This conversation will allow you to make a better informed choice to have a prostate screening. Because of the changing recommendations about prostate cancer screening, it is important that you have all of the information necessary to make the best decision.
Providing vouchers will allow us to improve the service you have received by giving some important benefits, including:

- One-on-one time to talk with a doctor or nurse to help with informed decision making;
- More privacy while getting your exam;
- Being able to track how your PSA blood test is changing over time. This helps with understanding if additional testing is needed and how often.
What is a Prostate Exam Voucher?
The Men's Health Forum will no longer provide prostate exams on site. Prostate Exam Vouchers will be distributed (while supplies last) to men who qualify. The voucher enables you to get a free prostate exam at Moffitt's Lifetime Cancer Screening and Prevention Center. Attendance at an educational workshop is required.
