Become An Exhibitor

Thank you for your interest in participating in the Men’s Health Forum! By becoming an Exhibitor, you will help us inform and educate medically underserved men about vital resources available in our community.
Registration Deadline
Friday, February 6, 2012

Registration Includes
  • One (1) 6’x 8’ space 
  • One (1) 6’ table
  • Two (2) chairs
  • One (1) table linen
  • Lunch for two representatives per exhibitor
  • Parking
  • Electricity will be available if advanced notice is provided

Please note
  • Exhibitors must provide health, wellness and quality of life resources.  No sales are permitted. 
  • Organizers reserve the right to decline exhibitor participation.
  • The Men’s Health Forum is a bi-lingual (English/Spanish) event.  All exhibitors are expected to have at least one bi-lingual representative on-site for the entire day.
